Skowhegan is an intensive nine-week summer residency program for emerging visual artists established in 1946.
The application for Skowhegan’s 2016 session is now available.

NOTE: Please be sure to read all application instructions very carefully. Applications that do not conform to the standards outlined in the instructions will not be accepted.
We cannot stress enough how important it is to prepare and upload your work samples well before the deadline. The application fee will increase as the deadline nears:
November 16 – November 23: $20
November 24 – December 21: $50
December 22 – January 19: $65
January 20 – January 21: $80
Application Deadline: January 21, 2016, 11:59 PM (Eastern Standard Time)
Please note the deadline has changed from last year.
Late submissions will not be accepted for any reason.
