ROYAL ULSTER ACADEMY'S 135th ANNUAL EXHIBITION NOW OPEN FOR ENTRIES

The Royal Ulster Academy 135th Annual Exhibition will take place at the Ulster Museum, Belfast from the 14th October 2016 - 8th January 2017. With over 81,000 visitors in 2015, this long standing event aims to celebrate, enrich and expand contemporary approaches to the visual arts.
The Annual Exhibition showcases works by members of the Academy and works selected through open submission and by invitation. Artists applying through the open submission process can enter a maximum of three works in any medium online, by 15th June 2016. From these entries the Selection Panel will draw up a shortlist of works for delivery to the Academy. The Annual Exhibition will be selected from these shortlisted works.

Over £7,000 in prize money will be awarded to exhibiting artists of merit. Independent adjudicator Christopher Le Brun PRA, will select recipients of the Academy's gold, silver and bronze medal prizes. All other prizes will be awarded by the prize sponsors.
