Prestigious educational fellowships in photography

The aim of the Hasselblad Foundation’s prestigious educational fellowships in photography, the Victor Fellowships, is to encourage continued education on a post-graduate level at well-reputed institutions outside the Nordic countries. Two fellowships will be awarded- one for a one-year Master’s program in England and the other for a six-month residency program in the United States.

The winners of the fellowships are selected on the basis of a competition, in which 8-10 nominated finalists participate in the exhibition New Nordic Photography at Hasselblad Center. At the opening of the show internationally renowned experts in photography, commissioned by the Foundation, will select the winners.
The stipend amount for England is GBP 20,000 and for New York USD 37,000. The stipend should cover or contribute to tuition fees, travel and living expenses.
