Newly refurbished Ashby Mews studios brought to you by Artistic Spaces Ltd available now in Brockley. Unit 3 Ashby mews Iidael for all sorts of artistic practice and small business. The secure 24hr access studio spaces available range from around 200sq ft to 400sq ft with natural light, high ceilings, fantastic wall space and large access throughout with CCTV security. There are several spaces under £195 a month. All prices include rates, service charge and there will be a free broadband wireless connection for all tenants. These studios are situated in Brockley, a 5 minute walk from the station and not much further from New Cross and Goldsmiths. The studios benefit from being in the Brockley open studios catchment area. The open studios have been running since 1992 and have become a hugely successful annual event for artists to display, discuss and sell their work.

Due to the amount of interest in these spaces there will be an open viewing from 9am to 6pm on Wednesday 31st, Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd March. Please make every effort to inform us of your visit.
