The studio has double height ceilings, ground floor access and part natural light provided by skylights in the roof as well as daylight balanced fluorescents. There is a kitchen and bathroom shared with the six other studios in the building. Due to the studios being located in a mews work can be undertaken outside on occasion.

There is currently a work of art installed on one of the walls which will remain in place for at least two months so a £50 discount has been deducted from the studio rent for the time being.
All business rates, electricity, water and wifi included with the only extra cost being an honesty policy for the use of heaters on the winter.
