By foot from Kennington Tube station - 3 minutes: cross Kennington Park Road at traffic lights and turn right past short parade of shops. Turn left at first street, Othello Close, and walk past park on your right.  Go straight across Kennington Lane, you will see a sign that says 'Cotton Gardens Estate - Fairfax, Hurley etc' and continue straight through car park. You will hit the corner of Kempsford Road and Reedworth Street. Turn right into Kempsford Road and you will see the big black doors of 1a on your left.
