Dear Klaus,

I hope this letter finds you well and congratulations on the success of the Greater New York show.

After seeing The Baghdad batteries, the first of PS1's Rotating Gallery exhibitions, I invited its curator Olivia Shao to organize the summer show at my gallery. I would therefore like to request to borrow The Baghdad batteries exhibition after it closes at PS1, as Olivia has the idea to reinstall that show in one of the galleries here. Then, in the adjacent gallery, she will curate a new exhibition that will use the existing
show as a point of departure. The entire two-gallery exhibition will be given a new title, and we are planning to open on June 29th.

We very much look forward to being in contact with your team at PS1 regarding practical matters of transportation, etc. In the meantime, thank you very much for your consideration of our request.

Best regards,
David Zwirner
