Tommaso Corvi-Mora is pleased to present an exhibition of new work by London-based Japanese artist Tomoaki Suzuki. Tomoaki Suzuki�s work consists of quarter-size, full-figure portraits of friends and acquaintances carved in wood and painted. This is Tomoaki Suzuki�s third exhibition at Corvi-Mora. His work has been recently exhibited at the Schirn Kunsthalle, Frankfurt and at KIASMA, Helsinki. His recent commission, a new nativity scene for Saint Martin In-The-Fields, London, goes on display at the bottom of Nelson's Column in Trafalgar Square every December. Born in Mito, Japan, 1972.
