A new series of architectural installations is called Up the Duff. and references our Junk Culture / Cross Cultual everyday reality. Some of Rosie Leventon's Installations comprise radical interventions into the interior architecture of a building. She has constructed false floors and corridors that float on water and which shift under foot. Her Environmental Artworks sometimes highly ambitious in scale may have a functional regional element providing water for animals, for example or promoting biodiversity and regeneration. Materials used are mainly recycled – recycled copper briquettes, reused scaffolding boards, recycled mobile phones and Human hair. But she also uses glass, water, and earth.
