With poem to trade the hugs, definitely,
Thousands of hugs, even more 18,796 ones, the insufficiency,
If many, the caress of the ivies involved twistingly.
The massager of Ocean prince, like jelly fish anywhere emerges ubiquitously.
From the distance, Oreo or a poem is apart in choices slowly,
Last, with poem to trade the hugs, definitely.

The next, Seashells- the Series ]2003-2008^, tell the emotional stories about man, but more abstractive. The idea about the shell is the space to inhabit the story. When I was a little girl I lived near a fishing seaport, I went to the beach often, collected the seashells there. I was enjoyed the time there; the beautiful, delicate seashells always surprised me. I couldnt help thinking about the life stories inhabited in the shell, which had gone before I met it. Again, I wrote a short poetry for Seashells.

In my heart, there the rocks in,
I woke, I heard, the whispers among them.
Telling how heavy the rocks were, I tried,
In sudden, the seashells they turn.
With delicate, mysterious structures in absence the live the seashells have,
I was seeking,
The missing lives,
The shells Im in,
There, in the end, myself I found.

The memory often guards the story, but the master is gone away. We do not know when the memory becomes the stones, and the stones turn into shells- the space for the stories to dwell in.

In 2006, I did an installation work The landing of the Floral Goddess for the Tung Blossom of Hakka Festival. Like Mermaid, the audience can see none of the leading roles of the story, but through the environment and the installation objects, they can image themselves in encountering with the floral goddess. And there are footsteps decorated with flowers, colorful raindrops, green whirly, floral wreathes and balls being here and there, even a scepter of floral goddess. The whole work implies floral goddesss landing, as if the falling blossom Tung were over the ground we saw in late spring around Taiwan.

As a subject for my participating 2007 Guandu International Outdoor Sculpture Festival in Guandu Nature Park, an unfamiliar story from the news inspired me. The ice melting caused by the global warming made the Polar bear in the story not survived in North Pole. The picture that Polar bear was not able to swim in such a long distance to the other shore of the land forcedly rose me to make an un-finished bridge, which cannot reach the other side of shore, called An Unapproachable Shore. Not only is about the ambition symbolized and the human frustrated to conquer Nature, but also it represents a complicated and obscure truth of distance in contemporary. An Unapproachable Shore, an emotional monument pointed to the distance, also remarks the questionable illusion about globalization. Globalization, a term derived from humans idea, has caused many impacts and contradictions to the earth itself. The distance is the one.

Summary

Whisper in Eden, Mermaid, Seashells, and An Unapproachable Shore are re-storied in abstractive ways to welcome all the audience in person to participate the stories with their own individual imagination. With it to enjoy the work, every single emotional story within the viewer turns collective storieswere participating in the myththe significance of spirit, and how forming in process it does. We are just interpreting the myth rather than replaying the myth. As far as we realize, On the other hand, that the interlacing in Chaos, in Order, or even in Nature structurally represents its essential myth. And more, the relation expression between human and Nature has been existed in old myth in which the Nature inspires the journey of Human being in the seeking of egoism. Consequently, all my work perhaps regards as such a Call as the Nature inspires me. I guess this Call is important for our contemporary life, especially while the life further and further away from the Nature and Myth as were in. Probably, the Call couldnt lead you to a clear direction or a certain answer to the life, however, it comforts you because it transcends the past and the present, transcends the memories between the individual and the collective, and what more, youre encountering something in the life, but not just a single event as it is, not alone you are, you are just the one in wholeness.
