IMAGE 4 & 5 : The Room : When I searched within myself I began to perceive my self as an independent existence that retains a set of laws that rule the body as a physical being. However, this self does not represent its true essence which lies in relation to my reception of being and nothingness. .I might have a beating heart .. a heart that functions regularly, but I cannot confirm that I am alive. – Emotions inhabits this human frame and make of it a vessel, a form, a liminal space that lies between the interior and exterior. I therefore, attempt to tailor my understanding .. to perceive the human self within that wider context .. to exist within these abstracted emotion that fluctuate between memories and dreams .. the reality we experience. It approaches me, appears as my true self .. that which I can see clearly beyond the marrow confines of the body.

IMAGE 6 : Frozen Memory : I explore two aspects of our social life: death and marriage. Both are turning points, gates leading into unexplored lands. I don’t dwell on the societal trappings of death and marriage, but on the inner sentiments lying beneath the clinical envelope of the human body. Memory is guide. Receptacle of all things true and twisted, past and evolving, memory keeps its own parallel track of life. It grapples with what the days and years bring, resonates with everything we sense and experience. It overpowers, pre-empts.
