Pei-Shih�s work usually explores naivete and fantasy states of the first world countries caused by globalization and western capitalism in contemporary human conditions. Although it questions their effects upon poor parts of the globe, the work is always mislead at the first glance � combines highly saccharine, cutesy images with uncompromising politics.
