LoVid is a sound and video project by Tali Hinkis and Kyle Lapidus. During the performances live video and sound are created, modified and processed using homemade electronic devices. The raw materials range from live video drawings and video loops, to low video signal and audio interference. Working with video and sound as one entity, the performances construct unique fragile compositions of the decay of sound and image, and present a portrait of the human figure, trapped in the chaos of electronic noise.
