Solo artists and collaborating groups are hereby invited to take part in an international pre-qualifying round for a lighting project in the New Concert Hall in Stavanger, to be completed in 2012. Stavanger New Concert Hall will be of a high international standard, and be centrally situated, close to other cultural institutions and two new music schools in the Bjergsted Park area of the city.

The Edith Russ Site for Media Art Stipend, Oldenburg, Germany

10.000 Euro for the support of artistic development in new media. The Edith Russ Site for Media Art Stipend lasts for six months (July-December 2010) and cannot be extended. The artist is required to stay in Oldenburg for at least one month during the duration of the stipend. The artist will be integrated into the site's activities and required to participate in the site's program for instance with lectures, workshops, artist discussions etc.

Three month artist residency at takt berlin
Since 2009 the residency has become the central element of the project. 10 rooms are set up as an Artist Residency program, designed to host active artists visiting Berlin. The work rooms are the core elements of this effort. The main goal of the residency program is to provide artists visiting Berlin quick access to an environment that will foster their creative energies.

Artist members of re-title.com, and other sites should be aware that they may receive fraudulent approaches from time to time. These are usually obvious for a number of reasons including poor language, bad grammar, lack of detailed contact info, etc, but most importantly they are too quick to discuss the buying of works and shipping costs.

At re-title.com we offer a verification service to artist members so that they may avoid replying to fraudulent approaches.
 
To help us control the abuse of re-title.com, it is important that you forward to us any email you consider suspicious or feel unsure about. (Please first check to see if we have sent a Fraud Alert out).
 
We can quickly see if there is pattern emerging ( e.g. The abuser starts to work through the site from A-Z ) and alert the other members and fraud alert subscribers.
