Call for submissions - itch Magazine,
South-Africa Deadline: September 7,
2008 Let's face it - themes are kind of
"done". Not all that exciting any more. But they do serve a
purpose in terms of organising submissions and inviting more
focussed contemplation. So, the online ITCH magazines will be
themed... but in an abstract way. Our themes are drawn from
the things that we use every day: punctuation symbols. Yep, we
know it's a little "left-field", but we think it might be fun.
If it doesn't really work out, we can always change our minds
later. The theme for the second issue is:

Painting Prize as a competitive event with the aim of
supporting and promoting young and avant-garde art, and

is, the relationship and interaction between the painting and
other means like the photography, video, installation,

of Spain in Lima (Peru) issue a call for the submission of
projects to be developed as part of the Interactivos? Lima'08:
Magic and Technology workshop, which will take place from
October 10 through 24, 2008. This two-weeks workshop will be
led by Julian Oliver (New Zealand/Spain), Clara Boj (Spain),
Diego Díaz (Spain), and Kiko Mayorga (Peru). At the end of the
