The gallery on Cherokee will be closed for April because... For Boots' next exhibition we are partnering up with Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis to bring Mexico City electronic rocker, Silverio, to the STL for a sure-to-be insane LIVE performance Thursday, April 3, 2008!
Silverio is a phenomenon in Mexico City and abroad with his party music sound and outrageous live performances. Represented by artist-run record label Nuevos Ricos, founded in 2004 by visual artist Carols Amorales, composer Julian Lede, and graphic designer André Pahl. The label has an innovate approach that works as a platform to expose their radical ideas about performance, music and show business. Nuevos Ricos focuses on a number of rock and electronic acts with tremendous stage presence.
