DAMION DILLON's 'Airport' series concerns itself with themes of difference, isolation, uniqueness and paranoia. The images are abstracted by means of drawing into and onto the photograph, both digitally and analogically. Camera and digital manipulation combine to distort and 'extend' the image, allowing the drawing to reconstruct or replace detail.
