Feral Kingdom
29 Sept - 10 Nov

Mixing an experimental, turbulent cocktail of sik screen poster art, film, geometric sculpture, 50s pin-ups, electronic invention, painting and tattoo, Feral Kingdom is a sensory overload of international work. Exhibiting artists include Zeloot, E*rock, Jelle Crama, Matthew Stone, The-O, Baldvin Ringsted, Lolly Batty and Dr Lakra. Sharing an interest in underground music, culture and style, many of the artists involved sit comfortably in the psychedelic realm, evoking the earlier waves of psychedelia in the 1960s and 1980s while affirming a new approach that is fresh, genuinely underground and free of cliche...

Verrochio: by David Leddy
13 Oct – 24 Nov

Verrocchio is a sound art installation specially created for a rarely used floating glass corridor on the top floor of the CCA. The work comprises a series of twelve short stories, which Leddy likens to looking through a series of windows. Each one gives a mysterious glimpse into the lives of people on the brink of something terrible or wonderful. Sonically, the piece juxtaposes these texts against harmonic drones which have been created by manipulating the natural air-conditioned hum in the CCA corridor.
