Bright, colorful, and minimalist shapes constructed with industrial materials provide exquisite viewing while simultaneously utilizing the surrounding space in a contrasting manner. Where Goettin works assymetrically, Hessling works with a mathematical rigor with the end results being physical dialgues on the uses of space, colour and light. ---

Suzanne Buljan’s new body of work investigates our evolutionary journey and questions the legitimacy of Creationism and Intelligent Design. The work draws on the philosophical works of Englishman Richard Dawkins who examines organised religion as the root of evil. The images may appear benign and beautiful but the sub-context deconstructs biblical story telling as it relates to the creation of the natural world and challenges the audience’s view on organised religion.
