Biography

Yeibichai Subway, video still, 2005
My work seeks to illuminate my American experience. Having grown up in the west between two cultures, the Navajo and the White Settler, the work speaks to both worlds existing in America. One, the Navajo-way, is elusive and furtive in its storytelling. The Second, the Settler-way, speaks directly and honestly, holding nothing back.
