Urban space is a space of negotiation. This work is a visual narrative of one's awareness of changing space in city. These sites are either on reclaimed land or hilly areas artificially flattened. Some of them were or will be re-developed more than once.
The redevelopment processes recreate not only urban space but also the relationship between people, community, and space. Who is actually occupying space? It's an x, which can be an object, an individual, a building, a historical site, a road, a bridge, or a barrier.
