Stacey Yates is a British artist using photography to interrogate rhetoric of the image, identity, and place through her interest in our new relationships with contemporary space and her experience of the family. She explores the tightly woven relationship, and subtle differences, between place and space and sets out to capture glimpses of an emerging identity through a measured and considered documentary discipline.
