Before my departure to Korea I asked friends to give me a list of what they wanted me to photograph in Seoul. I tried to match their expectations. Back home, I showed these photgraphs alongside my own images as a slide performance, talking about my trip.

Hit by the immediate beauty of recognising an image, a vague idea stored inside myself suddenly meets something found in the outside world and takes shape through photography. Out of this ongoing collection of photographs, I re-mix images, thereby creating new visual narratives.
