Curated Projects
Since 1997 Neil Zakiewicz has organised a number of exhibitions.
During 1997-2000, he was founder member of Unit, an artist-led gallery in Bethnal Green, which presented work by, amongst others, Michael Raedecker, DJ Simpson, Stuart Croft, David Burrows, Liz Arnold, Janice Kerbel, Michael Stubbs, Paul Morrison, David Thorpe, John Latham and Eberhard Havekost. Unit was invited to curate exhibitions at Chisenhale Gallery, Gasworks Gallery and Mota Gallery.
In 2001 he was invited by Gasworks Gallery to organise "Nights In" a series of 3 moving image exhibitions, co-selected by Goshka Macuga and Simon Faithfull.

BONEQUAKE 16 Upper Winpole Street 15-18 October 2004
Bonequake featured work by 11 artists in recently vacated surgeries for doctors and a dentist in a Georgian terraced house in Marylebone, London. Works were placed alongside abandoned Chesterfield sofas in the waiting room, couches and medical cabinets in the doctor’s surgeries and a leather dentist’s chair. Five contemporary artists' responses to the tradition of relief sculpture. Taking a broad concept of relief sculpture, the exhibition included an array of wall-based sculptural objects.
