These works pursue a dynamic dialogue with the remains of meaning, a range of faded visual histories, feeling what the curves and lines of familiar marks might contribute to the making of a new story.

Different perspectives, scales and histories posture for new significance, a ‘something happening’ which doesn’t have a precise name but comes from the exchange of ideas which occurs with the unexpected meeting of marks.
